Jaylen Brown gets selected to Team LeBron
He’s also participating in the 3PT Contest
The NBA All-Star game had its draft on Thursday with Team LeBron and Team Durant selecting from the starters and then the reserve pool. Jaylen was picked by Team LeBron.
Jaylen will play his first All-Star game in his home state of Georgia. Not only will he be competing in the game, but also in the 3PT contest on Sunday as well!

The All Star game and day is scheduled for March 7th with all of the festivities including the Dunk Contest, Skills Challenge and 3PT shoot out also happening on the same day.
Supposedly Jaylen declined the Slam Dunk contest because of his sore knee. I both want to see him play but also would understand if he just participates in the 3-point shooting contest but not the game. While there are no fans allowed, supposedly players can bring friends. Maybe Jaylen will have a bit of the hometown support inside the arena after all.
