Always give me a 3 or 4 PM start. Sorry to the people elsewhere, but it gives us enough time to tailgate a bit, hangout with friends and still enough time to celebrate after the game ends
Agreed. 4PM start is the best. I dislike really late games because it's midnight by the time we're done and I dislike 12PM games because that means I got get up at like 7AM on a Saturday to get to Berkeley on time. Aint nobody got time for waking up early on a saturday
Agreed, it's the perfect amount of time for pre-game and post-game festivities. And it's a good time slot for us East Coasters too, as the game still ends at a reasonable hour.
I hear you, but with it getting dark early, kind of nice to have the earlier start. I just wish there was a way to keep USC's band out; their act is so tiresome, amazing it doesn't drive USC's fans crazy.
Unrelated- Patterson out at TCU and Sonny Dykes mentioned as top candidate. I thought we had a home game against TCU next year but apparently not.
That was in 2020 and got cancelled. I think we're done with TCU for the time being.
LOL I completely blocked 2020 out of my mind

Awesome! I'm in the camp of preferring mainly day games. Football at 12:30 is meant to be.
I am looking forward to the USC game at 12:30 on November 13th. Go bears!
Booooooo I have to change flights for it now
FFFFUUUUUUUUCCCCKKKKKKKK
Nooo
Hallelujah! Gives us more time to celebrate after the win. Only one night home game all season -- football the way Oski intended.
Might actually have a decent crowd for the game. And on national TV.
Uh-oh I guess it's the bad luck throwback unis.
Goldenone: I'm with you. I can't remember a single time they have won in those uniforms. Football gods, pray for us.
Silver lining for being mostly terrible.
