Mark Madsen hires Ken Moses as Assistant Coach for Cal Men's Basketball
Mad Dog x Moses, from UVU to Cal
The new Cal Men’s Basketball staff is rounding into form. This time, the fourth assistant coach has been named and it’s Ken Moses. Moses was most recently on the Utah Valley staff with Mark Madsen, albeit for only one season. However, he was on staff when the Wolverines won a program record 28 games this past season and made the NIT semifinals.
Prior to that, Moses was on staff with Danny Sprinkle at Montana State (Sprinkle is now Utah State’s HC), where he helped oversee a NCAA tournament appearance for the Bobcats. He played basketball at Colorado State University-Pueblo from 2006-2010. His role looks to be geared towards on campus development and operations, as he held the director of operations role for Southern Illinois in 2019.
Welcome to Berkeley, Ken!
I'm worried we won't be allowed into the Promised Land after this hire.
