Working on my roster preview right now. I think Askew starts at PG over Cone. Newell is a starter no matter what, but we may have 8 guys who all end up with equal minutes. I have a minor fear that Bowser may be buried at like #10 in the rotation this year.
Highly doubt 8 guys are getting equal minutes. Madsen usually likes playing a fairly tight rotation. Tyson (if eligible) and Cone especially will be seeing heavy minutes
We are a basketball school! I am so excited for this season. We have actual hope! I haven’t felt excitement or hope for basketball or football for a long time now.
Has any Cal team had such a transformative off season before? Yikes. Wonderful. We are so damn fired up to see a competitive team that plays a modern style of play and is fun to watch. Can't wait to see how Haas fills up and I will surely be traveling to see our Bears play in OR and WA. Like I said about football, I just want to see us play at least equal to our talent. Like Monty used to do with us. We'd simply outplay teams like WA who had "better" talent, with our execution. Opposite of football right now.

Cal submitted a couple weeks back. Rumor has it that is should be an easy approval for his situation.
