It’s a Chip-off as Oregon battles UCLA—all for Chip Kelly’s heart.
BYU puts their undefeated-in-the-Pac-12 record (3–0) to the test against Washington State today. (They will close the season with a fifth Pac-12 game against a Chip-less SoCal team—USC.)
Ethan Garbers replaced DTR in the 4th quarter as the UCLA QB. Improbably moves team almost into field goal range before throwing a pick, effectively sealing the win for the Ducks...
Thats funny. Being our resident OL guru, can you list for me your bottom 15 worst 2-deep OLs in college football right now and provide advanced stats and include the names and short bios of all 10 players in each 2-deep (150 total)? And then what would be great is if you could rank every single offensive lineman on a Pac12 roster and compare the average playing time of backups and show how that compares to Cal's backups. And then after that can you provide your top 10 favorite bands of all time that have at least one band member who has the same first name as any offensive lineman who has played in the Superbowl, and provide the referenced offensive lineman's full name and advanced stats from their rookie year compared to their first superbowl year?
As Cal fans watched the cats play the dogs both emotions ripped through them. Relief that the cats MAY beat the dogs thereby insuring a team other than Cal would have to deal with the embarrassment of the first team losing to the cats. Then panic when the cats completely crumbled in the 4th qrtr putting Cal back in the cross hairs of potentially the 1st team to lose to the cats.
Arizona and Washington was a painful show of futility. Arizona jumped out to a 13-0 lead against flat 2-4 Washington. They rebounded in the 4th quarter after a dumb interception by Plummer, the Arizona QB, and Washington proceeded to score thrice. To top it off, Arizona was flagged for having 12 men on the field just as they had held Washington to a 4th down and out situation with 2:20 left in the contest, a bonehead penalty which gifted the Huskies with the game. Az had one final series with 20 seconds on the clock but Plummer threw an interception on the final hail Mary pass. Az reminds me a bit of Cal, some talent on the team but costly mistakes and lack of execution imply poor coaching.

hah love it, Illinois HC says that no one in the 2-deep on OL is contributing to the program!!

This is what this season has come down to!
That loss ensures that Arizona is on track to beat Cal.

I had ptsd flashbacks upon hearing “Hail Mary” and “Arizona”
