Cal's record of coaching hires for as long as I can remember is to find a diamond in the rough type of coach who can turn things around over 2-3 seasons (like Jeff Tedford). The next question is, where is the next Jeff Tedford hiding and can Cal find him if this season implodes? Our getting into the Big-10 may very well depend on it.
