HC Justin Wilcox announced in a media briefing on Tuesday morning that OLB Curley Young Jr. will be out for the 2020 season due to a lower-body injury.

The redshirt freshman Young Jr. was supposed to be a contender for the OLB spot with Tevin Paul opting out of the 2020 season. He played in 2 of the first three games last season as a true freshman using the redshirt rule, getting snaps against Washington and North Texas.
