This shit cracks me up. In the game of P5 football, you don't go far without a SOLID QB. I would say Chase Garbers is the best in the North as of right now. We've beat UW the last two times we played them. We beat the Ducks last year and played them tough in 2019 with a back up QB. Neither of these teams have a stud returning QB. And, don't under estimate David Shaw and the Furd. They've had some distractions (Shaw's previously ailing brother) which are now behind them. Furd will be in the mix...as will CAL. Imagine that.
I don't really get the Garbers' haters. He is one of the few Cal QB's in recent memory who runs the 2-minute drill to great success. (I can't think of anyone better, actually)
There's no clear winner in the South IMO, so I understand the inclination to fall back on the most talented team. What team do you have winning the South?
I can see that most years, but I'm a little skeptical this year because they're replacing their quarterback (either with a Baylor transfer or Cameron Rising, who I think was supposed to be a first-year starter in 2020 before injury).
Go Bears.
Looking forward to watching our Bears again.

P4 now.
Washington State's Max Borghi just told the media that "we know where you picked us" which made me laugh especially because I don't have a vote.
Exactly--he's so insulted because he knows you didn't give him a single point
Pretty reasonable North rankings. USC in first in the South is a traditional eyeroll

A good Utah team. You're definitely right that there's no clear favorite though.

No more coasting on Sonny’s recruiting prowess on defense?
Andy Buh was a recruiting legend.
I think third is about right, acknowledging our relative success against Washington and Oregon since 2019. Good news about Furd finishing fourth.
