PFF grades in FCS games can be misleading. Cal always grades out best in their annual FCS game, and for obvious reasons. But the annual ‘easy’ game does provide useful data. Deeper rotation gives us a sense of the true depth chart pecking order. And position battles can still be won and lost. What can we learn from Cal’s 2nd game, and what can we learn about Minnesota?
