PFF Review: Jaydn Ott breaks the scale

PFF claims that they grade on a 0 to 100 scale, and who am I to doubt? But I’ve never actually SEEN a 100 grade, even for small sample, niche grades. My assumption is that they don’t just hand them out on principle.

Which is to say, I suspect that a 99.9 is as high a grade as you can get, and even that isn’t exactly handed out like candy:
