Offended that rush offense didn't have a perfect grade!

Very gratifying to see the ratings and for once read positive comments on the O which is refreshing. I was a bit down on our D but they came through in the second half.

ISN'T THE BEST DEFENCE AGAINST A PASSING ATTACK A STEPPED UP QB RUSH? I WANT TO SEE AT LAST 5 SACKS OF THE WASH ST. QB!! WE'LL ALSO NEED FOUR INTERCEPTIONS AND TWO TURNOVERS!! LET'S MAKE PUSSYCATS OUT OF THE COUGERS! GO BEARS! GERBEAR

ITS BEEN EONS SINCE CAL THREW A SCREEN PASS. IS THERE A BUILT IN ENIGMA CONSTRAINIG THIS PLAY AT CAL? INSTEAD OF CONSTNLY BUCKING THE LINE , WOULDN'T IT BE FUN TO SEE CAL STOP THEIR USUAL NO SUPRISE TYPE OF FIRST OR SECOND DOWNS PLAY? AT LEAST ONCE THIS YEAR THEY TRIED DOUBLE REVERSE WITH MINIMUM RESULTS BUT THAT, AT LEAST, SHOWED A BIT OF IMAGINATION FOR AN OTHERWISE PREDICTABLE PLAY ROUTINE. GERBEAR

Our receivers are all freshmen and don't block screens well, we saw this against FCS/G5 talent -- it's not going to be better in conference play until they get coached up more.

Almost every time we try a WR screen it gets blown up. Just not a good play for us right now.
