Does the team have a coach up top viewing the games this season? I'd think if they did, that was the most transparent & immediate way to see the line set up for the PAT and call it down to the bench. "Hey, call a time out now!"
Theres a limit to the number of coaches that can be on the field, so defn. The question is who is up there and has the right radio connection to call down.
