MAYBE, JUST MAYBE, FERNANDO WILFILL THE GAP AS MUCH AS WE CARE TO HOPE. I T WAS A SHOCK TO ME TO EVEN KNOW HE EXISTED BEFORE HE WALKED ON TO START THE GAME WITH OREGON ST. OF COURSE I HAD NO IDEA WHAT COULD HAPPEN WITH THIS STRANGER. I'M NOW SURE THE RESULTS COULD NOT HAVE BEEN BETTER THAN WHAT HE SHOWED US. ALL I KNOW IS CHANGE IS EVERLASTING IN THIS WORLD. THIS CHANGE IN QB'S IS, AT LEAST, FAIRLY EASY FOR ME TO WHICH I MUST MAKE AN ADJUSTMENT. I CAN "BEAR" WITH IT!! GERBEAR

GO BEARS!!!

Too bad it took the coaching staff until week 6 to see that Mendoza was their best option. Glad to see it, but another whiff by Wilcox and crew.

It was the right process imo. Mendoza was behind the guys entering week 1 that was clear and sam getting hurt in game 1 didnt help the issue as well.

Dont forget identifying a kicker (Auburn) and coaching kids up on the kickoff teams (field position)!

How could we forget, BH!

Special teams has been a disaster for pretty much the entirety of Wilcox’s tenure yet he has been unable to do a single thing about it…that’s a problem. That’s the sign of a coach that has no answers…it’s no surprise the program is floundering.

I GREATLY APPRECIATED THE DOWN AND DISTANCE ADDED TO THE SHOW. IT CONTRIBUTED GREATLY TO THE TENOR OF CONVERSATION.

Uh, some of us are 90+ year old Bears and, as such, have my respect.
