I'm fine with it. In the sport world this is a generally accepted and known practice. I think ADs would be more pissed off if these meetings were clandestine and one day they woke up to the fact that their HC had skipped town overnight. In the professional world we deal in, it does in fact happen overnight and in secrecy, which ~ at times ~ can disrupt a business for x amount of time.

Agreed. Also, I definitely wouldn't fault any of my employees for interviewing for other jobs unless it was in year one or two. Blood in, blood out.
