After watching Cal vs Oregon in 2006, I fell in love with the team and college game, just in time to buy season tickets for my senior year, 2007. The highs from this game were incredible - I remember the experience in the stands like it was yesterday. Of course, the lows after that came after OSU were just as great... Alas, this game against Tennessee kicked off a season that sums up Cal fandom.

I held onto pure sports hate for a full year until that game. And then I felt vindicated.

My favorite Cal football moment of all time. A fleeting feeling for Cal fans...for one play I felt like we had the talent and the star players that made the game unfair for the other squad. So many times we had been "the other squad" going up against the USCs and Oregons of the world back in the day. This time the tables turned.

Awesome play by DeSean that ranks up there as perhaps the greatest series of moves by a player in Cal History.

FS1 is going to air the Miracle at the Meadowlands 2010 at 5pm tonight. A game showcasing another great Punt return by DeSean Jackson.

This was my senior year at Cal, and it was my first time calling a football game for KALX. The view of that punt from the roof of Memorial Stadium is something I’ll never forget. What could have been that season. Unfortunately, the Kevin Riley scramble ends up being the defining moment of 07. Even beyond this return and the win in Autzen.

This was also my double first: college and football. Totally resonate with still remembering the angle from which I saw the game. First strawberry canyon sunset from Memorial Stadium.

I also remember how loud and hyped everything was. And I remember marveling at the SkyCam! Such a great game
