If SJV can extend some plays w his feet, that’ll open up some space and maybe even draw an LB up…..gotta find the yards where we can!!!!

I sure hope that Auburn wasn't our bowl game. If we had won that, we probably get to a bowl game. I only see three wins on the remaining schedule: ASU, Wazzu (maybe) and the 'Furd, Boy, talk about rotten luck. The one year that Wilcox desperately needs to make a breakthrough and the Pac is dominated by elite QB play (except for us). Wilcox really needs to boost his recruiting on this side of the ball. Why can't we get things right on BOTH sides of the ball? We either have elite offenses and crummy defenses (Dykes) or elite defenses and crummy offenses (Wilcox). Football gods, be kind to us.

It'll be interesting to see who gets the start. IMO SJV gives us the best opportunity to be competitive...he seems to give the O a spark, has more zip, a stronger arm than Finley and is always a running threat that the D has to account for. His misses appears to be timing issues and not being on the same page with the receivers. He also tends to leave the pocket too soon. I think this will improve with more playing time. Hopefully, they open up the play book and take some shots down field and up the middle with RPO's! Pac 12 After Dark...Anything can/will happen!

Go Washington! Kick Cal Berkeley’s butt! I cannot believe that Cal Berkeley wants more money from ucla. Ucla didn’t force cal to go to the acc! The fact of the matter is no one wanted you guys, and you guys are jealous as hell of ucla. Again, go huskies!

My niece has a husky, one blue eye and one brown, that watches TV. When she sees Cal on the tube she wags her tail. Go Bears

FUCLA troll, for sure.

"The Huskies are led by Co-DC’s William Inge and Chuck Morrell"

William Inge is no Picnic to play for, so I would pick morrell.

We need some kind of pass offense breakthrough vs. Washington and we can't afford miscues like the ball hitting Endries in the back or the receiver taking the wrong curl. Those will lead to 3rd and long situations.

Or interceptions

The Huskies might be vulnerable to passes over the middle, but our QB is too short to see over the very tall OL and D lineman.

Bryce Young 5'10"

What’s Ur point???? 🤔

He's 5'11" not 4'6"... I think whether or not a linebacker is about to crush him is a more important variable than his height in this matchup.
