Fresh off his commitment to Cal, Dane Weber showed off his talents in the Elite 11. Here he is throwing a touchdown on Day 1.

Weber had a 14-21 performance with two touchdowns and 1 sack on his final day, following up a 14-20 performance in Day 2.
For Cal fans wanting to see a glimpse of their QB1, Jaron-Keawe Sagapolutele was at the Elite 11 as a college counselor, showing off the spirals he was capable of with his arm.
You can see him continuing to improve the delivery and speed on his throws.
It’s good to know that Cal has kept their running back pipeline running the right way. Excited to see both of them slinging it together next year, with JKS ready to take the next step in his development this fall.
With this kind of talent over center I cannot wait to see this entirely new Cal look in the ACC. That PAC12 destroyer UCLA will not know what hit them in the opener in September and I can’t wait to watch it. Baby Bruins should know better than to take on their Daddy!
Had a great weekend at the Elite 11. Got to watch both QBs; Jaron is pretty amazing and one of the best I've ever seen at Cal since I started following the team years ago. He makes me feel very optimistic! Dane also spins the ball well, but is a dual threat qb, something that doesn't show up during all these drills. Dane was right in there with all the qbs.
I got to met and talk with both of them on multiple days. Both are really nice, well mannered kids that we as fans can be proud to have reprinting Cal. Here's hoping they both create many positive Cal football moments in the future!
