The first half was maybe the best half Cal played all season. The second half was one of those slow motion disasters when you’re watching a big lead slowly disappear . . . except then Cal clamped down defensively to hold on anyway.

I like how Cal used Puff in this game and her effort defensively was impressive, encouraging for the rest of the season

Yeah, Puff’s agility looked great, coming off of an injury especially. She was on her assignment like glue. Hitting a couple of threes too, what a comeback to Haas for her. They needed her contribution for this one, and she confidently provided good minutes.

Sunday’s game is also our PlayforKay game.

Puff looked energized and good.

Sakima was dominant

Lulu needs to have the ball in her hands down the stretch - too many possessions she barely touched the ball. If we’re going to end up with bad or hard shots - I’d rather our next shot maker be the one taking them

As Charmin said, this team is totally different than the one in December or January. It's a cohesive unit with everyone knowing their roles and responsibilities. Now, if we could only get Taylor Barnes back sometime soon. Charmin Smith has done a masterful coaching job this season.

Come spend your Sunday afternoon with your family and the Bears as they take on Virginia Tech. This team deserves the added support. Good seats available.

Roll on you Bears!!!
