Cal Adds Former Mississippi State WR Marquez Dortch in the Transfer Portal

Cal adds a high potential player with 4 years of eligibility on the roster

A former 4* in the 2022 recruiting class he spent just a year at Mississippi State before entering the portal. This likely has to do with the passing away of HC Leach and the change in the coaching staff. He only recorded one game and reception in his first year with the Bulldogs.

He is a schematic fit after being a Miss. State and his transition to this scheme should be seamless.

He joins Hightower coming through the portal.
