It’s so hard on a coach to need to fly around to so many states soliciting $. Then fly around for team members who often wait hoping for a higher bidder.
Many more duties for a coach than ever before.

I am not a current student, nor sadly a multi-millionaire…just a fan of the Bears since grammar school, over 40 years…as we saw this past season at Haas v. Stanford and USC, this fan base is truly a sleeping giant: knowledgeable, passionate and diverse. They will absolutely support the team, and good things will come.
I’ll take the guard from UT-A because he was a freshman transfer and the guard from Hofstra because you can never enough players with pony tails!!
