On this year alone, production stats do NOT say transfer WRs produce at an elite level. Of the top 10 receivers (Via https://www.espn.com/college-football/stats/player/_/view/offense/stat/receiving/table/receiving/sort/receivingYards/dir/desc), only Washington (NU) and White (Mich St) are transfers. Half the top 10 QBs are transfers.

Chad Hansen is probably the only transfer WR that produced at a really high level in the last 10 years. Trevor Davis, T. Clark and Crawford are distant 2nd ~4th but were solid contributors.

And our outgoing WR transfers such ad Robertson, Stovall, Sturdivant, Noa all regressed. It does look like Remigio had a good year at Fresno State.
