He's already first team all Pac-12, and led the conference in rushing despite an average OL. Cal has a long history of good NFL running backs, and I'm sure the NFL is very aware of him.

If he wants public attention and get top 10 Heisman votes, then yes he should transfer. If he wants to be in the NFL, he's best where he is - Cal has a long history of good NFL running backs, and going to Georgia or Bama would only put him in danger of losing playing time to a 5*. Remember Demetrius Robertson?
