I feel like titles are mostly meaningless and just tell you which players they'll be working on. The goal is to just create as many titles as we can so that we have all the coaches and analysts we need to compete.
I think that's accurate. I don't know what the average staff size is now that there's no formal limit to coaches but this seems large (which is totally fine! Please, hire whomever we need!).
Presumably the titles matter only as much as they're tied to the limited number of recruiting positions allowed. So we're probably seeing more division of labor due to how labor-intensive modern recruiting is.
