Just doing some fun speculation. But if I’m Ott and my running backs coach indicates he wants a “committee” then I’m thinking maybe not so good for my nfl prospects. Since he went to Oklahoma I’ve listened to some OK podcasts, who say that OK has a lousy O line. So good luck to J. Ott. Certainly a fine young man who already has a Cal degree (smart). There no reason to blame anyone in this crazy NIL/transfer portal era. The portal gives and takes away. It’s what the coaches do with the players they have that dictates the outcome of games (no matter what the sport)……unless of course we’re playing Ohio State etc where we are overwhelmed with superior talent plus good coaching.
