Cal Football receives the commitment of 3 star Defensive Lineman Zurich Ashford. The 6-foot-3 and 260 pound lineman got his offer from the Bears just 4 days before his commitment.

This is a solid under the radar snag. Look at his combine performance stats at the LA combine on page 6 of the results. For a D-Lineman all of these look outstanding except for his bench press and he can fix that. He has a great 40 and shuttle time. And his broad jump and vertical are really good for a big man. He's an athlete and the Combine stats list him at a legit 6'3". Btw, I went back to the Combine results and was able to sort by position. There was only one DT taller than him and his overall stats were the best of the entire Combine for DT's. He's an athlete and should be a solid 3 tech with a few extra 'good' pounds on him. I could see him as a younger version of Brett Johnson. https://www.rivalscampseries.com/results/2022los-angeles-ca/
