Cal football lands a 2025 commit in Round Rock DB Kaden Cook
The California Golden Bears are getting a head start in 2025 recruiting!
There’s a new commitment for the California Golden Bears, with this one coming from the junior ranks! Meet 2025 defensive back Kaden Cook out of Texas in Stony Point High School, announcing his commitment today onlin.
You can watch Cook’s tape on Twitter, or on Hudl. The Round Rock defensive back racked up 54 tackles, 25 solo, an interception, and 15 pass breakups in his sophomore campaign last year.
Cook also holds offers from Arizona State and Texas State, so the Bears were one of the earliest to identify Cook’s talents early on. Cook also has visited Houston, Kansas State and Baylor. Cook checked out Berkeley for the Auburn game, and had to love the effort by the defense in a nearly shut-out effort against an SEC program
Cal now has three commitments for the 2025 class, as Cook joins running backs Carter Jackson and Jojo Solis.
Welcome to Cal, Kaden! Go Bears!
Look for More Of these, to come. With the move to the ACC, the opportunity to play against Notre Dame, Clemson and the other teams will be simply too much to resist.
Welcome, indeed, Kaden.
GO!
BEARS!
