Tangibles: 6'0 189 lbs. Sturdy, athletic build. Some S&C should help him lean up and improve composition.
Hands: hard to tell, but it looks like he's got nearly a 9" hand, which is fine
40 yards: 4.65 hand-timed start, laser timed end. It's fine, but not a burner. Then again, he's not build like an outside receiver that you send deep, so it's not a relevant measure
4.35 shuttle: hand timed start and finish. This is the metric that matters. Not elite, but very quick. He'll be plenty quick for all but the elite opposition.
What the ratings mean is 247 rates him as 27th best player at the Athlete position nationwide and the 7th best at ANY position in Washington state (top player at the Athlete position in Washington).
The more comprehensive rating is the composite ranking which has him at 613th nationally overall, 56th best Athlete nationally, 8th best overall in Washington and best Athlete in Washington.

34.5 vertical. Very very good. Kid has hops.
8'9" broad jump. Meh.
Bench reps (225): 5. It's fine. He's a WR/DB.
Nice.
Love it. Dude looks like the next SYD'QUAN!!!
Underrated golden bear.
Syd'quan is underrated???
He was a fan favorite and one of the most talked about DB ever among Cal fans.
I only meant that I rarely if ever hear people talk about him, and he should be held in even higher regard. He was my favorite player on the defense.
He was my favorite player too, but that was my point. His name comes up almost every time when we talked about Cal legends or about the Tedford era.
How I look at is, however much credit he is getting, it isn’t enough
I commend you for being the change that you want to see happen. :)
Very solid pickup. He can play either side of the ball.
Go Bears!
27th best is only 9th best in Washington? Apparently the Evergreen State is stacked!

Thanks for the clarification. 27th best in the nation being a four star didn't make a lot of sense.
Still a fantastic get!
Yeah a very good recruit with a solid offer list. Glad to have him!
