Cal Football Recruiting: Elite Premier Day Visitors Rave About Berkeley Weekend Trip
There were early good signs for the California Golden Bears from their long recruiting visit this weekend.
It was a busy weekend for the California Golden Bears as they kicked into high gear for the 2027 recruiting cycle. Some very prominent targets were on campus for Tosh Lupoi and staff (read more here), and they wowed the many prospects who ended up in Berkeley.
There is a huge list of players who came to campus, but we’ll start with many of the ones who reported on their visit.

Cornerback Duvay Williams, Gardena (Ca.) Junipero Serra (Four-star cornerback, top 5 CB prospect/California)
Quarterback Sione Tu’amoheloa-Kaho, Tacoma (Wa.), Lincoln High (Four star QB, top 25 QB prospect)
Edge Miles Schirmer, Corona (Ca.) Centennial (Three-star edge, top 50 edge prospect, top 60 California prospect)
(Schirmer’s brother Kingston has already signed with the Bears for the 2026 class.)
Offensive tackle Clint Lundlin (66th best offensive tackle, top 100 California prospect)
