Despite the Colts being a mess, I'm really happy for Daniel. This is what fulfilling a dream looks like. I'm sure he will work hard and represent us well.
If Scott makes the roster, we'll have five, but obviously the other colleges are going to get players placed too. You can't give us credit for Scott and ignore the others if you're doing a comparison.
The fact that we're tied for 27th in our best position just highlights the fact that recruiting and/or development are sub par the last several years.
End of the Takers era😞
Dude is going to be such a solid pro.
5 safeties drafted in the last 3 years. Crazy. Craig Woodson might be next.

Daniel is a baller. He has proven speed and he is a smart player. I look forward to him having a solid career of playing on Sundays.
It's nothing special; lots of DB's on NFL rosters. From https://www.footballdb.com/players/current.html?pos=DB
14 from Alabama
12 from LSU
9 from Ohio State, Texas, Washington
8 from Auburn, Miami, Michigan
7 from Clemson, Florida, Iowa, Notre Dame, Pittsburgh
6 from Baylor, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi State, Oregon, Penn State, Utah
5 from Cincinnati, Kansas State, South Carolina, USC, Tennessee, Virginia Tech
4 from Cal, Central Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Memphis, Mississippi, Oregon State, San Diego State, Southern Illinois Wyoming
3 from Stanford and UCLA and many others
Percentage wise would be QB I think? Right?
Even without Davis Webb.
Many teams only carry 2 on game day, 3 max on 53man rosters (3rd could be on practice squad even).
