So in my free night cycles (getting harder to sleep) when I don't think of our national doom and gloom over the last month, I think optimistically of ... Cal Football!
And if the OL talent is better and if the coaching stronger and if the running backs are healthier and the competition weak-ish, the '25 team could run for a lot of yards across three backs whose first names start with "Ja". So I'm envisioning a logo that looks like an element from the periodic table (https://ptable.com/?lang=en#Properties). Instead of Bk for Berkelium, it's Ja. The "97" becomes "2000" for yards and the "2" (electrons per shell) becomes "3"! We drop the remaining numerical facts (as if this was Helium). Maybe a stupid idea, yet an idea that may lead to an interesting execution to promote and merchandise!
Interesting they've switched back to a straight through schedule, without the break in between. Pros and cons, obviously, but I would guess the new staff had a preference or the old staff didn't like how it worked last time.
May injuries be few, improvements be many, and both sides look spectacular!
You get 15 practices, so the Saturday before Cal Day is the last. Would be fun to have it as part of Cal Day. A couple of years ago, I took my kids to Cal Day, and a rugby game was happening, which was also a blast.

Looking at the schedule, spring break occurs between the first two weeks and the last two weeks of spring camp, so I'm not sure what you said is true.
Run that ball !!!!
Is Cal Day the spring game?

Unclear at this point, I’d expect the final practice to be an involved scrimmage.
Can't wait!!
