Cal football spring practice starts March 12
The California Golden Bears head back to the field for a month of football this spring.
For those Cal fans who want to commit and watch as much football as they possibly can before the advent of the long summer ahead, the Golden Bears hit the Memorial Stadium turf for 15 spring practices. As is tradition, they are likely to be all open to the public.
Also sandwiched in-between the spring practice schedule will be Cal Pro Day on March 20, where prospective NFL talents like Craig Woodson, Nohl Williams, Marcus Harris, Teddye Buchanan and more will be showcasing their skills for the professional scouts.
Nearly all of the 2025 Cal transfer portal class is expected to participate, including quarterbacks Jaron Keawe Sagapolutele (who had a brief Oregon pit stop), and Devin Brown via Ohio State. Along with JUCO transfer Dominic Ingrassia and returning LA Bowl participant E.J. Caminong, the four QB battle figures to be the most interesting thing to watch in this cycle.
All practices are open to the public, and historically have been in the morning time, so if you are in the area, grab a cup of coffee and head on over to Memorial Stadium to check the Bears out.

Run that ball !!!!
Interesting they've switched back to a straight through schedule, without the break in between. Pros and cons, obviously, but I would guess the new staff had a preference or the old staff didn't like how it worked last time.
May injuries be few, improvements be many, and both sides look spectacular!
