If he has speed and moves - which I believe he does - as a situational guy he might be a great add on passing downs for the opposing team.

He looks fast and disruptive from the clip, so potentially a great addition on passing downs. Reminds me of an NFL caliber Edge.

Wholeheartedly agree. Size + position change + growth spurt + success at other sports says untapped athletic ability!

Does anyone know what networks will be televising the Cal football and basketball games? What a mess!

It's called the ACC network with the ESPN logo attached. Hopefully all our games including UC Davis will be televised.

ACC network for sure.

All my life I lived in PAC12 territory until this past year, streaming has been a nightmare (I tape all games and fly through commercials thereby watching a FB game in less than an hour when I was on the Best coast). Now I will be able to tape games on ESPN, FOX or whatever while having the option to take short trips to ACC venues (I guess my move to the Least coast has a very few advantages).

But y'all (see how I did that?) should have plenty of easy viewing now in the ACC.

Pac12 network is broke and gone, thank gawd!!

Nice depth piece. We really needed this in our linebacking room. He's not going to start, but he can definitely sub at both outside linebacker positions or be a specialist on any kind of blitz package. We will be able to make great use of his motor and he may eventually develop into a defensive end, which is pretty comparable to an outside linebacker anyway, except for the coverage responsibilities.
