Hie is an Inside LB. That's entirely different tan the Outside LB position. In other words, he only had 2 guys "better" than him. Those awards are usually made by journalists and TV/radio announcers who usually don't know crap about defensive football.

Come on....ridiculous thing to say and non sensible for a defensive player, since the D is almost always solid under Wilcox.
They can transfer if they are not satisfied
