I realize that this is not relevant to this post, but I saw nothing current on Cal football, so....
My son sent a text to me about a short comment from a @rossdellenger. Dellenger stated that "Cal's biggest boosters have pulled their NIL donations until the school meets their singular demand: Put newly hired GM and former NFL head coach Ron Rivera fully in charge of Cal football."
Seems like a solid player. Like that madsen is finally pulling recruits from good schools instead of pulling recruits from non power 5 schools (not that that’s a problem but i think pulling from power 5 conferences would help a lot better). Potential Jeremiah replacement if he goes through with the portal.
Agreed. This kid is a legit P5 caliber contributor. It’s basically what has to happen for Cal to Dance again…tough to beat the teams you need to beat to earn a Tournament bid when you’re throwing mid-major talent at the ACC elites. It’s unfortunate but much of the time the freedom Madsen has allowed his teams on both ends of the court, while admirable, has shown a frustrating lack of consistency in execution. Kids that can shoot and defend at the ACC level will help get us over the hump.
Great add, and as mrjpark says below, the door is gonna be open now with Tyson and Andrej.
I think he really had to prove himself before talent started trusting us. But last year Tyson and now Stoj have both had a huge improvement year-over-year after joining Madsen. He nearly got Aimaq drafted somehow. We have another year of solid player development on our talent, and hopefully we can start attracting more players.

As they should. Knowlton should be nowhere near Cal’s revenue sports.
Agree that he seems like a great pickup but I’m always skeptical of dudes that play for 3 schools in 3 years.
It’s the nature of the animal the NCAA allowed to exist.
He’ll very likely be playing for another school next season.
You shoot 39 from downtown, you’re welcome on my team
And defend
3 point shooting is so critical for us. Love to see it.

Plus defender, plus shooter. His assists numbers are low, but the VA offense was not good last year. Overall, I'm very happy with the pickup.
Nice get
He looks rlly good. Im excited
Dai dai enu
It would have been enough that he was a top 100 prospect (for my fellow Jews celebrating Passover next week)
Singing "Dai Dai" to the tune of Kajagoogoo's "Too Shy."
