Hosed by the refs at Syracuse. Nice game before the first OT, but defense or lack of it is still a massive liability

Yup. They battled.

Unfortunately Tournament teams win this one in regulation with last shot in a tie game….could not get it done. Getting to 2OT was dumb luck but they were gassed.

It’s looking like NIT.

I still think 22 wins gets it done (especially if no bad losses and we get help from other bubble teams).

So 4-3 and a W in the ACCT…OR 5-2 and an L in the 1st round ACCT?

The no bad losses is the key. Really only BC and GA Tech count, tho I think a W v SMU at home is really necessary - it’s crucial to get ahead of both SMU and Va Tech in the standings IMO, and it would be a good win v a fellow bubble team…Tourney teams win Q2 games at home.

I’m worried about the game at Ga Tech…they will have confidence after we let them hang around 2H.

Either works though I think I like a win in the tourney.

This is going to be a tough series minus Dort.

Just get BC, and ideally he’s back for Furd.

Still like their chances with 5-2 here out and a 1st round ACCT win, provided those losses are not at BC and at Ga Tech.

Wins @BC, v Furd, v SMU, v Pitt, and @ Ga Tech gets you to 10-8 in the ACC with a few real good wins. That, along with a round 1 W in ACCT, should absolutely be good enough, although it might ticket them for a play-in game…just NO BAD LOSSES.
