They won't officially place him on the roster until he's registered in the university, so it might take some time from the commitment date.

Going from the Heald College of the Southwest to UC Berkeley is quite a steep academic upgrade. Curious what these post-graduate student-athlete programs actually look like.

MInus the injury history, this is a best case scenario win. As recent history tells us, depth at point guard is important...and this dude fits the mold of a defense first Madsen baller. High value pickup.

Who's next? Any guesses?

Steady, veteran presence at a crucial position that gave us troubles last year in many facets…hope he’s recovered well.

The women’s team will be in Palm Springs during Thanksgiving - I might just head out there with my golf bag and hiking shoes - hike around a bit, play couple of rounds and sit by a pool.

Wow. Just wow. Mark madsen is starting to show himself as a recruiting god. He has put

the ACC on notice. I know that the Atlantic Coast Conference thought they were getting a Cupcake victory, And maybe they are. However, you're going to have a very difficult timw diigesting this cookie coming from Berkeley. It is not going to go down the digestive system well for the atlantic coast conference teams.

If I was the College basketball teams across the country. I would be careful with my star players. If we have any amount of success in the a c c there's going to be a lot of Players who will take a look at berkeley. You must remember Mark Madson played with Kobe Bryant and i'm willing to bet he's using that as a recruiting tool.
