Cal Men's Basketball secures first commit of 2023 class
A surprise commitment on a thursday
Shooting guard Rodney Brown committed to the Bears on Thursday. The 30th ranked shooting guard in the 2023 class, according to 247Sports comes from Rancho Christian in Temecula, California. ESPN ranks him as a 4-star prospect in the top 100 for the 2023 class.
The 6-foot-5 shooter held offers from USC, UCSB, Tennessee, and Washington State among others.
