The open scholarship left by Matt Bradley has been filled. Grad Transfer Jordan Shepherd from Charlotte, by way of Oklahoma, has joined the Bears. he played two years at Oklahoma before he transferred to Charlotte. Shepherd, a 6-4 point guard, is a career 30% 3PT shooter but a better driver and finisher at the rim. His turnover rate is concerning as a point guard, which is something the Bears ready struggled with from the guard rotation the past two seasons. The Bears will have a senior heavy roster this next season and will look to capitalize on the this upcoming season after a dismal last 2 seasons.
Welcome to Berkeley, Jordan!
A PG who has a problem turning the ball over and is a30% 3-pt shooter. . . Ok.
Yawn. Mark Fox really needs to recruit better. Poor 3-point shooter who turns the ball over a lot, Great.
