Start winning those games and all of the sudden you start getting better players and you re-emerge as as power conference.
you are missing the point. Unless the Regents/taxpyaers are gonna bail us out, we will not survive long enough on mid-major pay to emerge as a power conference team. Teh MWC payout would not even cover Wilcox' salary
What OC said... neither the MWC nor AAC payments would cover the mortgage on Memorial. Players would have to use their NIL money to travel to games, wash their uniforms...
