We are underdogs probably because of the loss to San Diego State and also the loss of McCulloch (OLB) and Crosby (DB). These two were very important parts of the defense that was so good against Minnesota.

I think Wilcox prefers it. I'm sure it helps him beat back complacency in the locker room and brings some urgency.
We really need him to learn how to motivate his team without being underdogs to everyone.
