Can't wait till we beat ASU in their house and then curb stomp the Ducks on the way to a victory over USC in the PAC12 Championship. That'll prove how uninformed these sportswriters actually are. We have a better returning team than ASU, and even with their QB, as long as Garber's stays healthy in this one and we come out ready to play physical, we should win. Likewise, we almost beat Oregon last year in Autzen with Modster driving the bus. UofO has great talent, but I am non plussed by their brainpower and coaching. With Garbers in the game we stand a much better chance of prevailing. One loss that will show up against both these teams is Luc Bequette. I am wondering how he is feeling about his transfer at this point.
Remember Oregon has had multiple starters opt out (mostly defensive side), which could be yugeeee. Makes our loss of one or two contributors much less painful, especially with the captain of the defense returning.
The writing was on the wall that the players' negotiating stance was doomed. Either play for the twisted NCAA or get no obvious path to the NFL and significant money.
First time since 2010 that we are picked above furd
Btw, does anyone know why Tevin Paul is not coming back? That's a big loss.
He was held out of the Redbox bowl iirc... soo who knows
We all hoped YOU'D know!!!! : )

And lost their best NFL Draft Prospect and blindside protector Penei Sewell
And their biggest loss was a QB playing in the NFL right now. ;-)
New QB (with effectively no offseason) definitely helps too
Their best CB pulled a Cam Bynum and returned.....DOH!
