I like Wilcox and really want him to succeed but you don’t chain yourself to a HC with no track record of winning. I’ll be the first to admit I was happy we kept Wilcox but you can’t offer a buyout you can’t pay for.

All team deficiencies lead to Wilcox. It’s year 7, and we are looking at a reboot on the defensive coaching side now.
