The California Golden Bears (2-5, 1-3 Pac-12) take on the Oregon State Beavers (5-2, 3-1 Pac-12) in a last-meets-first-place inter-division contest on Saturday, Oct. 30.
Oregon State, which currently sits at the top of the Pac-12 North division, has beaten California in the last two match-ups.
And the Beavers’ offense, which leads the conference in scoring with an average of 35.1 points per game, will look to make it three in a row.
Oregon State’s offense has rushed for 200 or more yards in the last six games, and running back B.J. Baylor will be the player to watch.
Baylor has run for 100 yards in each of the last four games and ranks sixth nationally for rushing yards per game this season at 118.4.
Despite the blockbuster offensive statistics for the Beavers, Las Vegas oddsmakers expect California v. Oregon State to be a close game.
The most recent Cal v. Oregon State college football betting spread is California +2, according to a sample of offered odds by U.S. sportsbooks collected by VegasInsider.com on Oct. 29. The betting line implies California is a two-point underdog against Oregon State.
The consensus for “over-or-under” total score bets is 55 and one-half points, as of Friday morning.

THIS is what I hate about Wilcox. You got :55 seconds & 3 time outs and you're sitting on it. That's unacceptable in this day and age of college football.
This is the second week in the row where my son is watching Octonauts on the TV while I watch the Cal game on my phone. Might have to do it the rest of the year if we win this.
Please come back bimage
LETS ROLL
In the garage I remain.
Young is going to stay the starting DB now!
Pick! No beer for me!
Goode and Iosefa out for the day
what a stupid waste of time
take away on first play, replay officials do not overturn, we score TD and make extra point. Is this Cal football?
Waste of that int.
Receivers not doing Chase any favors.
Crawford needs to make that play. Tough play, but again, it's there.
Getting a little chilly in my garage but I really don’t want to jinx us by going to my living room.
Forcing a FG is a win right there.
Brutal drop
Pastor is so athletic
Turnover, touchdown, 3 and out with a sack to end it. This can’t be Cal right?
Sad to see Memorial so damn empty
Boomage
Young is a find...wow. Love this kid.
It’s the luck of the first half thread!!!
Now that was a nice drive by Garbers. Tip of the cap, Chase. Helluva drive.
Bonanza bears!
Clark again!
Keep it moving guys!
Long pass!
This thread was working, why risk it?
Ok i cant comment in the second half thread again.
I’m not smart enough to coach, but I will say if you have 55 seconds left with timeouts you should at least try for another field goal.
THIS is what I hate about Wilcox. You got :55 seconds & 3 time outs and you're sitting on it. That's unacceptable in this day and age of college football.
NOW we call a timeout???
Beer thirty
How about a Pick 6 here
Punter needs better protection
Garbers is throwing dimes and getting zero help.
I love the play call, take the shot
This is the second week in the row where my son is watching Octonauts on the TV while I watch the Cal game on my phone. Might have to do it the rest of the year if we win this.
Young is ballin'
Late 2nd quarter. I think it's about time Gobears49 shows up to the game thread.
I'm off to go pick up some BBQ bison ribs. Anyone want anything while I'm out?
Remind me which team has the fearsome running attack?
This running game, tho.
STICK WITH THE RUNNING GAME TODAY, Bill
Nice job D
Get a TD on this drive please
Aaron Rodgers was right about the Tedford thing. Very weak planning by the AD.
Late substitution and the officials didn’t give us time to substitute on that second to last play.
Damn!
Smdh. At least we got points
oh man.... agh
Gotta catch that
