Wilcox has already peaked and is in decline and Musgrave just doesn’t have it. I think we need to cut the cord and get someone like a Troy Taylor. We can’t get a big name Coach but need a solid one with Cal connections.
Every throw is either a check down or over the top. Never a slant, never a deep cross, never a seam route. Nothing ever in the middle 10 yards downfield. Why?
We’ll, College football season officially sucks just a few days into October. Cal is dead and the PAC 12 looks to have no one in the playoff. So much for the excitement of a normal season if this is Carl’s new normal
I like gelato.
Trying to get my head around the fact that the turning point of this game is when we blocked a punt.
Its time for a QB change, folks
The one constant the coaching staff has had is defending the air raid (aside from USC 2019) and if that's gone....that could be the sign.
Sorry all had to republish, there was an error saying only paying subscribers could chat
Great social distancing by our fans
I applaud the 800 Cal fans still at the stadium.
I have been a big fan of Wilcox. I might be ready to throw in the towel. I still don’t trust our AD to actually hire anyone serious, though.
Hearns has heart. Will be a good cb.
So now I'm back to Fire Musgrave bandwagon
Aaand that does it for me folks, heading home. Truly atrocious football.
What makes me the most sad about this is that I really WANT Wilcox to succeed.

We’re making wsu look like it has elite athletes at every position
Shane Vereen said it best- “That was just… not good.”
This is pathetic
I feel bad for the defense they actually played lights out after the first 2 drives
Me still sitting here getting sunburned is just masochism at this point.
I love Garbers heart, I do but this ain’t it.
We host an annual Big Game party at my club for the Black alumni of both schools, and yeah, this ain't gonna be fun this year.
The problem is the O Line in my opinion.
Stanford wins. This is a bad day.
:(. Cal is bad.
Highlight of the game: the abandoned stadium seat I took over for the 4th.
I can’t imagine looking at this tape - I would simply burn it and make them runs stairs and sprints all week
and what's worse is we are giving that anti-vaxxer rolovich some chance of keeping his job
Feel better about camping/fishing options this month. No worries about missing live viewing.
I don't think that play was drawn up like that, probably because it was illegal.
Defense has done their job
I have a plan: find what works and then STOP doing it?
Peace out, friends
$&@#%!!!!
If wasszu has a good QB we would be down 4 touchdowns
I hate to say it, but I think they should make a qb change.
Was that non PI as bad on tv as it was live?
Did we just abandon Tight Ends? They didn't catch or block
This is the type of loss that can destroy the morale of a team and a program. The Wilcox era is in big trouble.

I was a Wilcox fan until now. This program needs grow some balls and just fire him. We done I’m ready for a new coaching staff
Wilcox jawing at the ref about timeout. Should be jawing at his OC and OL

I’m not watching the Oregon game. They’re going to be pissed after today’s loss.
Worst loss of Wilcox era?
Yeah, I think this is one of those seasons where I'm gonna have to always make plans during Cal football games.
And we throw in the towel with a 3rd and 21 draw
And that play should be the nail in the coffin - for this game and for Wilcox
A flea flicker! Loss of 9 yards on the play. Outstanding.
There was a quick shot of Wilcox before the 4th down play. He looked defeated, like he knew there was no way they’d convert.
Consistently missing deep passes would be somewhat forgivable if Garbers didn’t throw so many 10 yard passes into the ground
Feels like the exhaustion and listlessness felt in the last few weeks of the Tedford era. Like pushing on a string.
