Kind of a weird timing, just ahead of Cal Softball's cross country trip to play at James Madison University in Virginia this weekend. I hope Coach Ninemire's health is okay. It would be very interesting if Cal Athletics does intend to invest on a big name or if we will just let interim head coach Tammy Lohmann, who's at Cal for 15 years, to just stay put.
It is incredible to hear this news. I do not know where the program will find the leadership it needs going forward. Diane stood with the program for years through all the hardships and lack of facilities or support. I loved getting the chance to perform at the Super Regionals we got to host in Strawberry Canyon for the first time. It was high time they were given backing of the Athletic Department that they were due.

She is maybe not well? I went to the game in Fullerton against BYU and I did not see her. She could have been in the dugout though.
