These early season polls really don't mean much to me. They usually don't hold up very long. If Cal keeps winning for the nest 3 or weeks then we'll see us in the polls.
I'm surprised they didn't get any votes in the AP Poll, but that's okay. It's pretty common for teams that are seldom ranked to have a letdown soon after, as we can all attest. If they can beat SDSU and BC, then there is a good argument for a ranking. But, that is an IF :)

I had to listen to the game on the radio, and what I heard was 1) Cal not crumple in the 4th while in the lead, 2) Cal play a full 60 minutes of football, 3) Cal not screw up on special teams. Let’s just see how the Bears hold up over the course of this “lite” schedule, I welcome a Cal team that can win.
