Really nice work here. The O stats don't show what is common from '25 to '26, which is the same OL personnel. It is clear from your comparative graphs that so far this year the OL is still not creating holes for the RBs, nor protecting JKS effectively. We all hoped the OL personnel would be a year better, but your charts show they are just a year older. That is not harsh, it is reality. Still, GO BEARS!

Maybe because the running game is so generic. Very little deception, ie: reverses, counters, traps, bootlegs where JKS keeps it and runs, etc. If we threw in some these I'm sure the running yards average would be better

With respect @Toohandy, any OL needs to create holes on runs and prevent pressure on passes. The Cal OL is doing neither. The O is running a lot of bootlegs and rollout plays to give JKS time to throw, but it is clear either JKS has been told not to tuck and run, or he is too slow to get to the edge. I agree it would be good for JKS to get some yards with his legs when the opportunity presents itself.

Why, why do these coaches always waste a play on rocket screens. Never works against a good defense and never catches the defense off guard!

Nice summation. I don't think you are being overly harsh at all. I read a prediction about Friday's game yesterday that described Cal's offense was sloppy, disjointed, chaotic, and ineffective. Now that is harsh.
