CBS Sports recently had an article where each writer chose “up-and-comers, coaches who are shooting their way to the very top of the college football coaching ladder”.
Cobb praised Wilcox for raising Cal’s win total on a year to year basis and with a string of 10 win season can look at possible chances at next tier schools such as U$C, Michigan, Auburn, and Virginia Tech… What?
