Luke Bottari has stats nearly as good as Aaron Rodgers when the latter was a Butte. That being said, he will never ever get a chance at D1 primarily because he's 5'11 195 pounds on the CCSM roster - which means there's a good chance he's 5'10" 185 pounds. He's fairly accurate on his touch passes, but he lacks the arm strength to zip it in. P5 speed is way faster than CC and he'd get picked off a lot.
I hate to see guys discounted because they're not 6'4" with a rocket arm. Rather than listing successful <6ft QBs (in the NFL let alone college), I'll just say that history tells us that accuracy & intangibles will beat a strong, inaccurate arm every time. He sounds like a perfect fit for a Musgrave offense...
