OUR CRUMBLING DEMOCRACY

Hey, do you remember when a deep-red Texas district voted to do away with computer tabulation and went with hand-counting because some sort of Q-Anon conspiracy against the voting machines despite warnings that hand-counting is far less accurate, expensive, and less secure. You wanna know how that went? Take a guess.

Trump sychophant reaches the "Find Out" phase after failing to show up at her own hearing for four election fraud cases in Michigan. She should have known better because she's a lawyer. Or, perhaps "was" a lawyer.

on the other hand, where are all the billionaire backers to help him out in his moment of need? clearly no one cares that much!

Commercial real estate isn't very liquid, like cash or even most securities like stocks and bonds. If Trump's wealth is primarily in real estate, won't it take a while to satisfy the judgement?

Even so, won't there be a certain entertainment value vis-a-vis the schadenfreude derived from watching the public dismantling of an evil empire?

my new take is that this might have been (and still might be) a very election. the fact that Trump is starting out in a $500m deficit will end up being the difference since everything else is otherwise split 50/50.
